Homemade Noodles. Noodles:
I usually do 2 batches of these noodles every time I make the soup.
2-3 cups of flour
Beat eggs. Stir flour into eggs. It will be very soft and sticky. After flour forms a very soft ball, put the dough onto a very generously floured surface to roll out. Put a thick layer of flour on top of the dough before rolling out. Roll thin. Once done rolling out the dough, pour a generous amount of flour on top of the rolled out dough. then roll the dough up. Cut the rolled up dough to the width you want the noodles and then unroll each noodle and add to boiling chicken broth.
Remove as much chick form the rotiserri chicken as possible. set aside.
Boil the full chicken in a large pot with an onion (or onion powder) and celery (optional) for at least 2 hours.
Strain the chicken broth and put back into the pot without the celery onion and the chicken. separate the rest of the chicken from the bone and add to the broth in the pot. discard the bones.
I like to add chicken bouillon to help the flavor of the broth taste better.
Optional: add other veggies that you want.
Lastly, add noodles. Enjoy.
